New Energy for last Concert of this years Festival:
Due to health problems our programmed Pianist Christos Papgeorgiou had to cancel and we have the honour to host interesting Musician, Sotirios Dimitriadis.

The program will be colorful, refreshing, warm and enjoyable to listen too.
A fulminant end of this season that is at the same time a seed for a good start next year.
For us this festival was a great experience and we are full of inspiration and good ideas and offers for next year.
Lets test, how many people can fit into this beautiful , little theatre!

I want to show you one precious foto of our last concert, the opening of the festival.
It was a great success and the atmosphere was unique.
I am more then grateful to everybody who came, worked or played.
Next concert, which will be piano and flute, will take place Saturday, 11.7.09 20:30.
A wonderful combination of flute and piano with 2 remarkable solists from our area, {Kalamata and Athens}. Vicky Vasiliadi and Maria Papapetropoulou.

Έφτασε το νέο πιάνο!
Νέα στον τομέα της μουσικής
Έχουμε έτοιμο το πρόγραμμα για το Φεστιβάλ κλασικής μουσικής.
Θαυμάσιοι/ -ες μουσικοί θα έρθουν από ευρωπαϊκά κέντρα μουσικής (Λονδίνο, Μαδρίτη, Αθήνα και Κολονία). Αλλά και από την Καλαμάτα.
Για την είσοδο στον κόσμο των Φεστιβάλ Μουσικής είναι μια όμορφη και συγκλονιστική πρώτη σεζόν.
(Σε μερικές ημέρες θα υπάρξει και η πιθανότητα προπώλησης εισιτηρίων και ειδικών προσφορών για όλες τις συναυλίες μαζί. Σύντομα θα δοθούν περισσότερες πληροφορίες.)
Ταυτόχρονα θα γίνονται και άλλες μουσικές παραστάσεις:
Η πρώτη συναυλία θα λάβει χώρα στις 30 Μαΐου με την Laura Shannon και τον Κωσταντή Κουρμαδιά. Βλέπε:
Η Laura θα διδάξει και ένα σεμινάριο χορού με γυναικείους ελληνικούς χορούς από διάφορες χώρες των Βαλκανίων και την Ελλάδα.

Συναυλία με ελληνική και ανατολική μουσική με την Ruth Hill και τον Γεώργιο Καλούδη
Σεμινάριο χορού με ελληνική χορευτική μουσική και μια γιορτή χορού με ζωντανή μουσική.

a classical music festival in the Mani
Maria Garzon and Burgi Bläuel. Both classical musicians,
coming from international music metropols, they have chosen to live in Mani and have adopted
this beautiful part of Greece as their home. It is natural, that they not want only want to enrich themselves with
what Mani has to offer, but also to make available to this beautiful region the musical heritage that they are
lucky enough to have!
For July 2009 a Music Festival in Mani is being planned with concerts, lectures and possibly classes!
The performances will take place at the Sonnenlink Theatre and we will have the possibility of hearing world
class artists playing world class music in a world class location!!

We will have a concert each Saturday in July:
the artists will a singer, a violinist, a floutist and 2 piano solists.
More details will be avaialble soon.
An new Grande Piano will be given to the Sonnehouse by friends.
the theaters seatings have been expanded about 100 seartings.
Staying in Sonnenhouse for the time of the festival:
enjoy summerholydays and cliassical music an an inspireing environment!
During the festival in July 2 Appartements and 2 bungalows are still available to rent.
