This house is a house for Meditation.

Inspired by the Idea to create a retreat place for Meditators.

We meet every Thursday to meditate at 20:00

Not many seminars are Meditation-only retreats. Basically every seminar happening here though, is based on - or at least includes daily meditation practice.  During the year we update our program, so have a look what happens here on a weekly basis too.

The Yoga Zen-retreat is dedicated to lots of sitting practice.
