catering in the Sonnenhaus

Tavernas in fishermen´s villages, beaches, mountain villages are specially popular for eating out. Consider this when planning your seminar in the Mani.

1) Seminar buffet: 20 €/day (including 10 € Seminarhaus fee).

1. A simple but vitamin-rich buffet during the seminar sessions at the Sonnehauscafe with greek food: from the morning till the afternoon: coffee, tea, juices, bread, butter, honey, biscuits and fruit.
   

2. Late afternoon: Feta cheese, and/or greek recipes,  tomatoes, Bläuel olive oil and Bläuel
   

3. specialities and bread. This is the most popular version.
   

2) Half pension: 28,- (including 10 € Seminarhaus fee).

1. Breakfast and lunch or dinner at the Sonnenhauscafe.  All vegetarian.
   

2. This actually is always sufficient.
   

3) Full pension: 35,- (including 10 € Seminarhaus fee).

1. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Sonnenhauscafe.  All vegetarian.
   

2. It´s rather preferred at retreats.
   

You may also like to cook your meals yourself, because all the apartments have kitchens. In this case there is water, fruit, coffee/tea and biscuits during the seminar sessions. Cost: 10 € Seminarhaus fee.
